Netflix K-Content, formerly known as The Swoon, is a dedicated social platform under Netflix Korea on Instagram and YouTube that promotes Korean TV series and movies to a global audience. By creating content primarily in English—and localized for regions including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Brazil, etc.—the platform engages a diverse international fan base.

About

The projects involve a mix of curated highlights, edited and animated video compilations, and original productions like interviews and games featuring lead actors to drive viewership for Netflix series. My work on this project included designing, editing, and animating social media marketing assets, as well as translating subtitles and ideating concepts to resonate with the global K-drama community.

Projects include: Squid Game Season 1, New World BTS Mission, Instagram Marketing for K-Dramas, Youtube Thumbnails, etc.

My Role

Led multimedia content creation, by assisting Writer-Producer & Creative Team on video editing, motion design, designing of graphics, illustrations, SRT translations, thumbnail designs, and social media posts to promote Netflix Korean Series and Movies, through its platform that has reached over 3 million subscribers on YouTube and 1.5 million followers on Instagram.
